Sarah has been the Essex County Ladies & Girls coach for 4 years and many of her pupils have progressed to England coaching. She continues to advance her knowledge visiting the States listening to world renown coaches such as Stan Utley, Jim Hardy and Michael Breed.
Sarah is only one of three Essex Professionals who hold the Planetruth golf certification and the TPI L1 & L2 which focuses upon physical limitations within the swing and junior golf development.
She was also lead coach for Essex’s County Academy programme and Essex County Golf partnership PGA representative and is a serving WPGA committee member.
Junior Coaching
Sarah Bennett is also a qualified junior coach, boasting the Junior TPI L2 accreditation to her impressive list of qualifications. She uses this by running Saturday group lessons for Juniors, operating within both the Golf Foundation passport scheme and Fundamental Movement Skills curriculum.
She has recently applied her Fitness skills to host the very first Golf Fitness experience day in Essex which was attended by a select few gaining excellent feedback.
As anyone who has tried to play golf will testify, golf is a body AND mind game and Sarah uses her two and a half decades in the game to offer unique insight into the mental side of golf backed up by her Mind Factor Certification.

Sarah was chosen by the PGA to offer coaching in ‘Swingzone’ at the 2011 Open, giving lessons free of charge to the public and has recently written articles in the Pro Shop Europe magazine with European distribution.
